11 years old, the King of Europe Series will continue its growth across Europe and Asia by hosting 34 events in 2015. King of Europe has become the meeting point for the best drifters in Europe, and even outside Europe, with drivers coming in from as far as the Middle East, Japan, Hong Kong and even Australia. Champions of many nations across the continent travel around Europe to attend the King of Europe events, with the ultimate goal of claiming the European Title in mind.
The first official series in Europe, Monster Energy King of Europe Pro Series, is recognized as Europe’s professional drifting championship. Open to top-level drivers, and run over eight rounds, the Pro Series is the ultimate prize for drifters. We from KW suspensions are long time partner of King of Europe Drift and one of the top supporter with our KW Competition and KW Clubsport Coilover Kits for the professional and semi professional drift categories.
Long life to Gymkhana Kings, Auto racing’s next big craze! Gymkhana is a type of motorsport, similar to drifting, the goal of gymkhana is to achieve the fastest time possible on the course featuring obstacles such as cones, tires, and barrels. Our target with the Federal Tyres Gymkhana Kings series, is to make this motor sport bigger in Europe, more smoke, more power, more speed.
After a long series of successful events promoted throughout Europe by King of Europe and in Asia by Keiichi Tsuchiya, it comes as a natural progression that in 2015, a World Exhibition Match has been created in joint venture by the aforementioned. Furthermore, 2 extra events are planned in Malaysia and South Korea this year, targeting a large expansion of the Federal Tyres King of Asia ProSeries in 2016.
The King of Europe TV Show will expand its worldwide reach by launching across North and South America in 2015. Two new programming feeds – a Spanish-language version for Latin America and an English language platform for the US – will provide millions of racing fans with a unique TV show, previously only available to European and Asian audiences.
With a remarkable reach of more than 165 million people over 110 countries by means of TV, more than 1 million fans in Social Media, more than 120.000 fans attending the 21 events throughout last year, and a constant flow of pre-event and post-event media, including viral videos and large scale photo galleries, King of Europe has grown immensely from just an idea, to a professional, world-renown drift series.
With the other divisions, Federal Tyres King of Europe Street Legal, Queen of Europe and King of Touge, King of Europe will continues to expand into more and more countries, attracting even more professional drifters and ultimately creating the most exciting drift experience for both drivers and fans alike.
Last but not least, King of Europe will start another new series, Radio-Controlled Drifting, with the King of Europe RC Series. As a hobby, radio-controlled drifting is one of many variations of R/C car types and activities, this hobby was founded in Japan but has gained huge popularity in other countries. As a leader of the drift scene, we had to create a series for the RC hardcore drifters and we’re excited to expand our reach to the RC drifters younger generation!

Mike Procureur, Managing Director of King of Europe, commented «2014 was a huge success, but this year, each of the 34 events will be even bigger, faster and louder. I could say thousand words about our evolution but few will be enough : King of Europe, 11 years and this is just the beginning.
