The 2025 ADAC GT Masters season remains exciting, and race cars equipped with KW V6 Racing suspension once again delivered strong performances at the Salzburgring. Drivers kicked off the premiere weekend on the Austrian track under bright sunshine and mild temperatures. After all, the ADAC GT Masters was visiting the Salzburgring for the first time.
Saturday: Juliano and Sandro Holzem reach the podium in Schubert Motorsport’s BMW M4 GT3 Evo

The BMW M4 GT3 Evo (#56) with KW V6 Racing suspension from Schubert Motorsport is known for its strong pace. Twin brothers Juliano and Sandro Holzem made a solid start in the Schubert BMW M4 GT3 Evo (#56), moving up from sixth on the grid.

Juliano Holzem took over the second stint and cleverly used a safety car period to execute a strong overtaking maneuver in turn eleven. The duo secured third place and completed Saturday’s podium, despite the chaos on track.

Local heroes Simon Birch and Leo Pichler (#14, Razoon – more than racing) drove a strong race in the Porsche 911 GT3 R with KW V6 Racing suspension. Simon Birch pushed the car to second place during his stint, but Leo Pichler lost a few positions in the final laps and finished fourth.
Leyton Fourie and Tim Zimmermann (#11, FK Performance Motorsport) made a strong start in the BMW M4 GT3 Evo with KW V6 Racing suspension and worked their way through the field. They handled the chaos of the safety car phases with confidence. Their BMW M4 was flagged off in sixth place at the finish.

Their team and brand colleagues Eduardo Coseteng and Julian Hanses rounded out the top 10. Alexander Schwarzer and Alexander Fach in the Porsche 911 GT3 R (#4) with KW V6 Racing suspension showed strong pace, but were unable to break into the points due to the safety car phases. They finished eleventh on Saturday. The Porsche 911 GT3 R (#92), fielded by the Neuhofer Rennsport team, did not finish the race.
Sunday: FK Performance drivers Leyton Fourie and Tim Zimmermann celebrate in the M4 GT3 (#11)

On Sunday, the drivers started the 80-minute race in similarly good conditions. Leyton Fourie (#11, FK Performance Motorsport) started the race and gave up the lead after a tough battle, but after the driver change in the BMW M4 GT3 Evo (#11), teammate Tim Zimmermann fought his way back to the front.

After a red flag and race restart, Leyton Fourie returned to the wheel of the FK Performance M4 GT3 Evo (#11) after the second pit stop and maintained a strong pace to the finish. He brought the BMW across the finish line in first place on Sunday.

With their second win of the season, the two drivers closed the gap again in the championship standings. Leyton Fourie and Tim Zimmermann of FK Performance Motorsport are just eight points behind the current championship leaders.
Juliano Holzem and Sandro Holzem (#56, Schubert Motorsport) showed good consistency in the BMW M4 GT3 Evo with KW V6 Racing suspension and finished fourth. Brand teammates Eduardo Coseteng and Julian Hanses (#10, FK Performance Motorsport) followed closely in fifth place, benefiting from smart pit stops during the chaotic phase.

In the current season, the two drivers of the Porsche 911 GT3 R (#4) fielded by Fach Auto Tech celebrated their fifth victory in the Pro-Am Cup. They are now at the top of their championship with 206 points.
