This makes your JDM heart go boom – definitely. Together with our KW Brand Ambassador and German TV host Sidney Hoffmann we paid a visit to our friends at GReddy Performance in Irvine California. One of our highlights was the ride in the Lexus RC F. It is the drop dead gorgeous “Rocket Bunny RC F” with KW Variant 3 coilovers and KW Hydraulic Lift System. Maybe you remember the first SEMA appearance of this show car.

For sure all you know GReddy performance and are familar with their tuning parts. Outside the US the famous Japanese company has supplied generations of petrol heads with state of the art gear. After the “the Fast and the Furious” hype here in Europe even Opel/Vauxhall and Volkswagen drivers know the GReddy hardware.

GReddy Performance also built the famous “FuguZ” (Datsun 240Z) for the actor Sung Kang. Sung played the role of Han Seoul-Oh in the movies “Tokyo Drift”, “Fast & Furious 5”, “Fast & Furious 6” and “Fast & Furious 7”. The white Rocket Bunny Datsun with its Nissan R26 straight-six engine is also equipped with custom made ST suspensions sway-bars.

We had the pleasure of meeting GReddy president, Kenji Sumino. Kenji gave us the car keys for the two legendary cars so we could thake them for a ride! Thank you so much Kenji-san!
