Having debuted in 2025, the new BMW M4 GT3 EVO is picking up right where its predecessor left off: winning races and championships.

In 2025, BMW customer racing teams running the BMW M4 GT3 EVO with KW V6 Racing suspension won both the GT World Challenge Europe and the Intercontinental GT Challenge.
Kelvin van der Linde wins with BMW in the GT World Challenge Europe

In Europe, the GT World Challenge Europe, divided into the Endurance Cup and Sprint Cup, is among the most prestigious GT3 series. Even the 24 Hours of Spa counts as one of its rounds. This year, the BMW teams demonstrated impressive consistency and ultimately claimed the overall title.

BMW Team WRT was the most successful this season. Starting the season finale in Barcelona from 31st on the grid together with Ugo de Wilde, the two BMW drivers only needed a sixth-place finish to secure the team title (Pro and Gold classes) and the overall drivers’ championship. Congratulations!

However, other crews competing in BMW M4 GT3 EVOs equipped with KW V6 Racing homologated suspension also celebrated at the season finale. The Evo (#777) from Al Manar Racing by WRT, driven by Jens Klingmann, Faisal Al Zubair, and Ben Turk, finished second in the overall standings, securing the team title in the Gold Cup.

Third place in Barcelona went to the BMW M4 GT3 EVO (#98) from Rowe Racing, whose cockpit was shared by Augusto Farfus, Jesse Krohn, and Raffaele Marciello.

BMW Team Century Motorsport celebrated another drivers’ title in the GT World Challenge Europe. Jarrod Waberski, Mex Jansen, and William Moore were crowned champions in the Silver category of the Endurance Cup.
Kelvin van der Linde also becomes champion in the Intercontinental GT Challenge

The BMW M4 GT3 EVO’s success story continues, with BMW teams also dominating the Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC). What makes the IGTC special is that its five rounds are world-renowned endurance events.

These include the Bathurst 12 Hour in Australia, the 24h Nürburgring in Germany, the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, the 1000 km race in Suzuka, Japan, and the 8h Indianapolis in the USA.

In four out of five races, a BMW M4 GT3 or BMW M4 GT3 EVO with KW V6 Racing suspension won. Kelvin van der Linde won in Australia, Germany, Japan, and now also in the USA.

Kelvin van der Linde thus also secured the drivers’ title in the Intercontinental GT Challenge. He had previously won the GT World Challenge Europe championship. Amazing – what a season!

In addition to Kelvin van der Linde’s drivers’ title, BMW is celebrating its first-ever manufacturers’ title in the Intercontinental GT Challenge. Kelvin van der Linde won in the BMW M4 GT3 EVO (#46) together with Valentino Rossi and Charles Weerts in Indianapolis.

Another BMW triumph came with the victory in the Pro-AM drivers’ overall standings by Patrick Gallagher and Justin Rothberg from the US BMW team Turner Motorsport (BMW M4 GT3 EVO, #29).
