Most notably, Carbase hosts the only official KW Service Center in São Leopoldo, Brazil, and is thus expanding its technical infrastructure with the first KW Service Center in Latin America, offering specialized technical support and customization for high-performance track and street setups. Through its combination of advanced software remapping (ECU/TCU), premium hardware distribution, and precision engineering, Carbase continues to shape the elite automotive performance market in Brazil.

Carbase’s technical team was also trained directly by KW automotive in Germany. This ensures that they have the expertise required to professionally maintain, repair, inspect, and adjust KW suspension kits.
As the official importer and distributor of KW automotive products in Brazil, Carbase offers not only KW suspension systems but also professional local technical infrastructure. The Service Center provides support to customers and dealerships, including the following services: maintenance and repairs, damper and spring testing, suspension setup and adjustment, technical support and assistance, and use of genuine KW replacement parts.
