It still takes some time until the DTM season of 2023 starts. However, the first race at the end of May was cleverly chosen: The 24h race of the Nurburgring Nordschleife and the Nurburgring long-distance series (NLS) are taking place before.
In a total of 16 laps – again broadcasted on German television – several BMW and Porsche customer sports teams trust in KW V6 Racing Solid Piston dampers.
Besides the DTM titleholder Schubert Motorsport with their BMW M4 GT3, we also equip the BMW racecars of Project 1 and the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) by KÜS Team Bernhard, Manthey EMA and Toksport WRT with our five-way performance-adjustable motorsport dampers.
At our KW headquarters in the Swabian Fichtenberg, we look forward to the DTM 2023 season even more. With his victories, the double DTM Trophy champion and KW sales employee Tim Heinemann saved a place in the Porsche 911 GT3 R (992) cockpit in the GT4 customer sports.
From the SimRacing simulation RaceRoom to the DTM. What an extraordinary motorsport resume! Besides numerous SimRacing titles, Tim Heinemann – employed in the KW Track Performance sales department – won several brand trophies and the DTM Trophy 2022 championship for the second time.
Besides the DTM Trophy, Tim Heinemann started in the ADAC GT Masters and the Nurburgring long-distance series 2022 in a Porsche 911 GT3 R (991). There, he delivered excellent performances with placements in the top 10.
His numerous successes are why he got a seat in the racecar of Toksport WRT for the DTM season of 2023. The entire KW automotive staff keeps its fingers crossed and wishes good look in the 2023 championship!
A lot of commitment in customer sports
