ST XTA coilover suspension for Hyundai i20 N and i20 N Performance with unibal top-mounts

The Hyundai i20 models are among the best-selling vehicles from the Korean carmaker in Europe. In Germany, drivers of the current Hyundai i20 (BC3) model are, on average, 48.7 years old. Only about 13.1 percent of i20 drivers are under 30 years old, likely due to the 204 hp Hyundai i20 N and i20 N Performance models.

The ST XTA coilover suspension is now offered for these two ‘sports models,’ which in some ways can be seen as the civilian road versions of the Hyundai i20 N Rally1 Hybrid bolide.

With this coilover suspension, the Hyundai i20 N and Hyundai i20 N Performance can be adjusted continuously to lower the front and rear axles by 10 to 30 millimeters, as specified in the parts certificate.

KW automotive manufactures ST coilover suspensions on a made-to-order basis in Germany

Built to order by KW Automotive in Germany, the ST XTA coilover suspension kit for the Hyundai i20 N includes a racing spring system, adjustable dampers, and aluminum unibal top mounts.

The damper setup, preconfigured for the Hyundai i20 N during damper production, can be further customized for the XTA. In addition to adjustable ride height, the XTA also offers individual low-speed rebound damping settings.

All production steps of the ST coilovers are documented and each shock is tested and inspected during the ongoing process

There are 16 characteristic curves available for adjusting the rebound. For the Hyundai i20 N and i20 N Performance, the recommended and preset damper setup is nine clicks on both the front and rear axles. The adjustable rebound valve influences how quickly the chassis rebounds, particularly during suspension deflection caused by load changes.

The rebound damping can be adjusted in just a few simple steps. If the low-speed rebound valve is closed further, handling improves. Conversely, if the rebound valve is opened, handling becomes less direct, and rolling comfort increases.

Like the KW coilovers, all ST coilovers are also manufactured in Fichtenberg (Germany)

The high-speed and low-speed compression damping, as well as the high-speed rebound damping, are not adjustable on the XTA and are pre-tuned during production. Additionally, you can order your XTA coilover suspension with an optional spring package if you wish.

If you wish, you can also order your ST coilover springs and ST coilovers with custom spring coating

These springs differ in their spring rate. Additionally, all main springs on the ST coilover suspension can be manufactured in one of 18 colors and can also feature custom markings of your choice.

The entire sporty design of the XTA coilover suspension from ST Suspensions has been developed with sports tires in mind.
