The ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit is available for all BMW M3 and BMW M4 of the F8x series and comes with a parts certificate

Compared to other ST coilovers, an individual adjustment of the ST XTA plus damper setup is possible within a few steps. Due to the broad possibility to separately adjust compression and rebound, the ST coilover kit takes almost every street setup preference into account.

With the adjustable rebound, the spring deflection during load changes is influenced. The compression in combination with the spring rate affects the immersion speed of the piston rod in the damper.

Coilovers by ST suspension help increasing driving comfort, stability, and traction on the street

Additionally, the compression has an impact on the nodding and rolling of the body and the steering behavior. In performance coilovers such as the ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit, the highspeed and lowspeed parameters refer to the movement speed of the piston rod while deflecting.

Slow piston rod speeds are typical steering motions and braking before curves while fast piston rod speeds occur due to street irregularities and transversal joints.

With 24 clicks, the lowspeed and highspeed compression is adjusted. In the lowspeed rebound, 16 clicks can be made.

In the BMW M3 (F80) and the BMW M4 (F82), the top mounts at the front axle struts are a fixed component of the scope of delivery. Thanks to them, the steering becomes more precise as with dome bearing with rubber-metal elements. Additionally, the ST dome bearing helps to adjust the wheel camber.

The ST XTA plus 3 is customizable in color

Such as with all ST coilover springs and ST coilover kits the ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit is part of the so-called Make it Yours program. The customer can choose between 18 surface colors and order the ST XTA plus 3 at retailers or directly at the coilover manufacturer. Additionally, individual labeling of the springs is possible.


Optional spring packages for the ST XTA plus 3 for the BMW M4 are planned

For the ST XTA plus 3 coilover kit for the BMW M3 (F80) and the BMW M4 (F82), optional spring packages are in the pipeline. These are springs with a different spring rate to adapt the ST XTA plus 3 to body lightweight modifications.

In BMW models such as the BMW M3 and BMW M4 BMW tuning is often demanded. With our ST suspensions coilover kits we can fulfill almost every demand.

According to the parts certificate, the M3 sedan (F80) and the M4 coupe (F82) can be continuously lowered between 15 and 40 millimeters on both axles.
