For every demand the perfect suspension and for every race track the perfect setup is what distinguishes our KW suspension technology for years.
At the most demanding long-distance race in combination with the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit and the Nordschleife, a total of 161 teams will participate and most of them are equipped with KW Competition suspensions, just like in the previous years.
For years our KW Competition customer teams dominate the VLN long-distance championship in the “Green Hell”. Just at the 45th edition of the long-distance competition “ADAC Zurich 24h-race Nürburgring”, 83 racing cars are equipped with KW Competition racing suspension kits.
Including 34 Porsche factory- and customer teams like Falken Motorsports, Gigaspeed Team Getspeed Performance, Manthey Racing and others with Porsche racing cars such as the 911 GT3 R, 911 GT3 Cup, 911 Carrera, Cayman GT4 CS or the Cayman S.
This year’s 24-hour race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife will be really exciting again, just like in the previous years. The Porsche factory teams have celebrated first successes and victories with their new Porsche 911 (991) GT3 R at the first long-distance races of the season 2017.
Our customer teams also include the audience´s favorites such as the Opel Manta or the prototype sports car Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus.
In the TCR class, which will start for the first time at the 24h race with Seat Leon TCR and VW Golf GTI TCR race cars, the KW Competition racing suspension systems are also used, as well as in the Cup 5 class with the BMW M235i Racing race cars.
Other car highlights at the 24h race are the “Skate-Aid Titus Viper” or the “long-distance race exotic” Renault Sport R.S.01 from the Gtronic360 Team mcchip-dkr.
While the 24-hour race will start on Saturday, May 27th 2017 at 3.30 pm on the whole track, on the days before it will start sporty with free trainings, qualifyings and races of the RCN Circuit Challenge, Audi Sport TT Cup and the ADAC 24h-Classics!
Another highlight is again the start of the ETCC and the WTCC on the Nordschleife!
For our fans, we have traditionally pitched the tents with our KW Truck in the paddock.
